As a startup, more than 10 years ago, F1 provided basic break-fix solutions for dental offices. F1 has now grown its team of technology professionals with a demonstrated competency for providing comprehensive business solutions for small and medium healthcare practices.

Utilizing our developed relationships with leading dental technology providers and key organizations, we have positioned ourselves in the center of the dental industry to become a leading provider of managed business and IT solutions for all dental practices. Our Management Team

William Kohl

CEO/Project Manager

A nerd at heart, Will first developed his interest in PCs and networking out of necessity. Scraps from old computers became a working machine that he was able to experiment with. Throughout high school, interests were curated from programming to robotics. Meanwhile, in orthodontic treatment, he was offered an IT management position at the practice. As he was attending SUNY Stony Brook’s Computer Engineering program, many other practices had taken interest in his services. When demand rose, he recruited the help of his long-time friend and experienced technician, Rob. Fast forward a couple of decades later, F1 iT Inc. is managing hundreds of practices in the New York tri-state area. As project manager, Will helps our customers develop ideas for integrating technology into their business. His meticulous process ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Robert Curiel

Support Coordinator

Everyone’s go-to man to fix anything, Rob’s number is always on speed dial. He’ll find abandoned or used computers and repair them for donation to people in need. In the warmer months, you’ll find him on the water. His love of the ocean and fishing stems from childhood. Its always a battle between how many fish tanks and computers he has running at home. As the life of any party, he’s number two on this list, but, number one in your heart. At F1, Rob is in charge of our remote service team, making sure your systems run smoothly from the time of installation. Overseeing many platforms behind the scenes, he does his job without you even noticing his presence.

Luis Guerrero

Senior Technician

Growing up in Brooklyn, later moving to a nice community on Long Island, Luis knew early on about the fruits of hard work and dedication. He’s always one of the first people to get a new gadget. Curious of their inner workings, sometimes he’ll take things apart, just to see how they work or if they can be improved. He takes pride in learning about and doing things on his own. A lot of times, that even saves him a few bucks, especially with a mechanic! Luis leads our team of technicians with his years of experience in the field. Whether it be for a new installation or a service appointment, he makes sure things are completed neatly, with care.
